Family Health Partnership Clinic Since 1996, FHPC has provided quality healthcare to the uninsured adults in McHenry County.

OUR VISION: Over the next ten years, the Family Health Partnership Clinic will assure that the residents of the McHenry County area will enjoy the benefit of full access to high quality health care, regardless of the ability to pay, by offering multiple sites throughout our community to adequately meet those needs. The Clinic operates on a sliding fee scale, although no patient is turned away due to inability to pay. At registration, patients will be asked to provide some proof of income.

🧼🎶 Happy World Hand Hygiene Day! 🎶🧼

Handwashing is one of the easiest ways to stop germs in their tracks… and yet, we still need reminders! So here’s a fun one—make it a mini concert 🎤

Scrub those hands for at least 20 seconds (yes, really!) while singing a silly song like:
🎵 “Happy Birthday” (twice!)
🎵 “Baby Shark” – Baby Shark (do do do do do do 🦈)
🎵 “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star” – Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star
🎵 Or go big with “Let It Go” – Let It Go if you’re feeling dramatic ❄️

However you do it—just make it fun and don’t rush it!

Clean hands, catchy tunes, healthier you. It’s that easy. 😄

🌿 Fifty pounds of rhubarb walked through our doors Monday — and our patients are better for it.
The incredibly generous folks at Nunda Township Gardeners dropped off nearly 50 pounds of fresh rhubarb this week as part of our Community Grows Garden Partner Project — a program close to our hearts where local gardeners share their harvest with FHPC patients.
This kind of generosity isn't just sweet (well, okay, rhubarb needs a little sugar 😄) — it's meaningful. Access to fresh, locally grown produce is part of what it means to truly care for someone's health. Because feeding your neighbors in need is healthcare too.

Last week, our friends at MSU Federal Credit Union dropped off an incredible collection of donations gathered during their recent drive — food, warm coats, hats, socks, paper, Ziploc bags, and more. Every single item came straight from our patient wish list, and every single one will make a real difference.
But this isn't the first time MSUFCU has shown up for FHPC. They've been a longtime partner — stocking our food pantry AND sponsoring our events — because they understand that caring for this community takes all of us.

This Earth Day 🌎, we’re proud to highlight something you might not always see—but it matters to us every day: FHPC is a green building.

Our building achieved Silver LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, meaning it was designed to be energy-efficient, use sustainable materials, conserve water, and provide superior indoor air quality.

🐦 Plot twist: our care doesn't stop at the front door.
Earlier this week, a little Yellow-bellied Sapsucker had an unfortunate run-in with one of our windows and landed with a thud outside the clinic. 😬 Our very own Berenice didn't hesitate for a second — she swooped in to assess the situation, ready to transport this tiny patient to a wildlife rehab if needed.
Well, it turns out this little guy just needed some time, some calm energy, and apparently… Bere's company. 🥹 He took quite the liking to her and recovered beautifully right there on the spot!
We're happy to report he flew off healthy and strong. 🎉
Here at FHPC, we believe everyone deserves care — and apparently, that includes the local wildlife too!
