Not only are they tons of fun—they also pack in developmental benefits across therapies:

✨ Physical Therapy (PT): Jumping and stomping builds lower-body strength (boy left), balance, and coordination. Kids can even practice single-leg balance (girl on right) as they get ready to launch!

👐Occupational Therapy (OT): Supports body awareness, bilateral coordination, and sensory regulation. Plus, waiting and taking turns helps with self-control.
