We also want to take a moment to congratulate Maria, who was recognized as our Employee of the Year during our Christmas celebration. This award is more than well-deserved. We are deeply saddened by the passing of Charlie Kirk. Today with his memorial service, our hearts continue go out to his family, friends, and all those grieving this loss.

No matter who we are or what we believe, every life matters, and the loss of one is felt by many. Moments like this remind us of the importance of compassion, respect, and our shared humanity.

Violence is never the answer. May we honor his memory by choosing peace, kindness, and understanding in how we live and how we treat one another.
