Teaching and practicing yoga means adopting a level of self awareness that requires rigorous honesty. The most important part of self care to me is listening to the needs of my body and allowing those to come first and faithfully guide me through.
With that said, I will be taking a leave of absence from teaching for the next 7 weeks while I focus on my bodily needs. More will be revealed later on. For now, I respectfully ask for support and privacy through this season of change.
Expecting classes to resume 3/11/20.
