We offer EMDR, individual counseling, and couples therapy in a safe, supportive space. We are an outpatient therapy office specializing in the treatment of post-traumatic stress and other concerns. Collectively, we take a humanistic and empathic approach to our work but individually are focused in Existential Therapy, Logotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Eclectic Therapy. We also offer Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). We are in-network with BCBS IL, BCBS Community, United, Cigna, and Aetna
