What a truly magical evening we had for Dayna's first Candlelight Dinner as our Dining Service Director! The atmosphere was filled with love and joy as we celebrated Valentine's Day together. Each dish was a delight, from the delicious Crab Cakes to the refreshing Caesar Pasta Salad, and the star of the night, the Marry Me Chicken, was simply exquisite. To top it all off, we indulged in the rich and decadent Red Velvet cake that left everyone raving about their favorite course! A heartfelt thank you to all the residents, families, and guests who joined us to make this celebration so special. Here’s to many more wonderful evenings together!

What an incredible day! We were truly honored to host State Senator Craig Wilcox from the 32nd Senate District of Illinois. It was heartwarming to see him engage with everyone as he handed out valentines and shared smiles all around. Thank you, Senator Wilcox, for taking the time to connect with our community. Even though we can't hop on a plane to Italy for the start of the Winter Olympics tonight, we can definitely bring the spirit of the games to our own community! Hosting our own passing of the torch was such a blast, and it really brought everyone together in the spirit of teamwork and fun. It's moments like these that remind us of the joy and excitement of the Olympics. We are all so proud to support Team USA from home!
