If your looking for a supportive community for moms and all things mental health then join our Moms Mentoring Moms Support Group starting in February. Our moms group is virtual for 8 weeks and will have a variety of topics and skills covered so you feel supported. Our workbook was created specifically for our moms group by therapist, Kristin Busco Shipley, LCSW, MSW, and will be a part of the curriculum with weekly journal entries and useful tips.
