There are so many resources from Postpartum Support International, including 20+ free virtual online support groups for various specific challenges--including early or late loss, postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, and many more. They are completely FREE--and AMAZING, as a perinatal therapist who has clients utilize them for extra support & benefit from them. Click the link below to register.

Please do not suffer alone--motherhood/postpartum is a whirlwind of changes--some wonderful, some difficult, some scary. You are not alone. Take care of you. Ask for help.
