Today feels extra special not only because we celebrate the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda, but also because I received the most thoughtful gift from my dear client: a beautiful easel with a handmade drawing of Lord Dhanvantari, the divine healer and guardian of Ayurveda. 🙏💚

Ayurveda has been more than just a profession for me it is my path, my purpose, and the way I serve others. Each day, it reminds me of the deep connection between nature, body, mind, and spirit.

To receive Lord Dhanvantari’s image on this sacred day feels like a blessing and affirmation that I am walking the right path.

On this Ayurveda Day, I bow to the wisdom of the sages, the guidance of Lord Dhanvantari, and the trust of every soul who has allowed me to be part of their healing journey.

With a grateful heart, I carry this blessing forward. 💚✨

I felt honored to be a part of our county’s “Wellness Fest” hosted by ! This event was filled with so many great practitioners and business owners who have made a mark along these years in our community offering their expertise 🌿😃

One more beautiful event happened at our local library and our first official Ayurveda talk in one of our county libraries!! Wohooo! we had a HOUSE FULL DAY!! such a wonderful experience to discuss and share this timeless wisdom with my community 🙌🌿🥰

Swati who is the founder of HemaVeda, has been practicing Ayurveda as her devotion and passion since 11 years. Swati holds a Bachelors degree in Ayurveda and Medical Sciences (BAMS) with honors from a prestigious institution from the western part of India, and also has earned a Masters in Pharmaceutical Medicine and Clinical Research. Swati believes, Ayurveda is the Mother of all sciences where every individual has a separate constitutional identity.

Ayurveda at HemaVeda, has many life-enhancing benefits. Because it is a holistic way of life, it focuses on bringing balance to your physical, mental and spiritual health as you move through the seasons, the different stages of your life, and the changing times of day.
