Established in 1995, Hartland Home Medical Supply has been a staple of the Crystal Lake community for 15 years. Our mission is to provide quality service and state-of-the-art medical equipment/supplies to improve the lives of our customers. We carry over 4,000 products at our 10,000 square foot retail show room. In addition to selling a wide variety of medical related equipment and accessories, we also provide delivery, repair, free in-home product trial, and instructional set up. Our store is open to the public and is located at 321 W. Virginia St. Crystal Lake IL 60014. We have a private parking lot in the back for our customer’s convenience.
Some of the sought after supplies we have available are lift chairs, scooters, wheelchairs, hospital beds, walkers, knee braces, back braces, dressings, bath seats, commodes, Hoyer lifts, electric lifts, knee walkers, knee scooters, and incontinence supplies. We keep 4,000+ items in-stock at our 10,000 square foot retail showroom. For our rentals we have select equipment is available for rent. Depending on the item you can rent on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Customers are welcome to drop their items off for repair or request to send an experienced technician to make repairs in the comfort of your home for a small fee. We offer a variety of delivery options from same day to expedited, and standard shipping to Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. We also offer white glove service for our customer’s convenience. We also implement a Try Before You Buy policy where customers are welcome to pick up to 3 items, priced $50 or more, that will be brought to their home to test. (With no obligation to buy!) We also sell pre-owned equipment that is in good working condition.
