Most people preparing for pregnancy focus on prenatal vitamins, tracking ovulation, and maybe cutting out alcohol. All important.
But there’s a missing piece that dramatically impacts fertility, pregnancy, labor, and postpartum: your nervous system.

When your nervous system is dysregulated - stuck in stress mode, dealing with spinal misalignments, unable to regulate properly - your body doesn’t feel safe enough to conceive, grow a baby, or go into labor efficiently.

Babies have 4 jobs:

So when a baby is colicky and eating is hard, whether it is latching, lactation, or even bottle feeding, that is a clue.

Not a character flaw. Not bad parenting.

Colic is exhausting đŸ«©. And it usually has layers.
‹Sometimes it is feeding. Sometimes it is tension. Sometimes it is gas and digestion. Sometimes it is nervous system stress.

If you’re drinking coffee daily but still waking up tired, it’s not because you’re lazy.

Most people think “stress” is just mental.

But in chiropractic, we look at stress in 3 categories:

Artificial fragrances, poor water quality, processed foods, air quality, toxin exposure

Here’s the key:
When ONE of these is high, it amplifies the others.

If you can’t add more hours of sleep

let’s at least maximize the sleep you DO get 👇

Here are 3 simple things that make a huge difference:

🌙 1. Dark
✅Blackout curtains help.
✅Put your phone face down (or better
 in another room).
✅Dim anything bright in your bedroom.

❄ 2. Cool
✅Aim for 62 to 68 degrees.
✅Your body has to drop its core temperature to hit deeper sleep stages.

🔊 3. Consistent sound
✅It’s not about “silent.”
✅It’s about “steady.”
✅White noise, brown noise, or a sound machine can help your brain stay asleep.

Bonus tip: Consistency matters.
Going to bed and waking up around the same time helps your body move through sleep stages more efficiently.

If you’re waking up tired
 it might not be YOU.
It might be your environment.
