Like many people, I’ve dealt with anxiety and stress, and I found that massage helped me. I’ve now been practicing massage for over three years, and during that time, I’ve worked with a variety of clients—some managing chronic pain, others simply needing space to unwind. Whether it’s therapeutic deep tissue work or a calming relaxation session, I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where people can truly let go. I’m always expanding my knowledge and staying curious about new techniques, tools, and approaches that can better serve my clients.
