As someone with a Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine, a Licensed Acupuncturist, and a Certified Reiki Master Teacher—I would not be who I am or offer the work I do without the sacred, ancestral systems rooted in East Asian lineages.

May is Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. I want to take a moment to honor and thank the cultures and wisdom keepers who birthed these medicines.

🌀 Traditional Chinese Medicine was not created for content or commodification.
It is an ancient system of energetics and ecology.
It teaches us how the body, Earth, and Spirit are one flowing organism.
How emotion lives in the organs.
How each meridian is a current of consciousness.
How balance is not a destination, but a rhythm.
And I have devoted years of my life to studying this sacred map—not to exploit it, but to carry it with care.

⚡ Reiki is a Japanese system of energy healing whose roots run deep through the hands of Mikao Usui and the spiritual traditions that shaped him.
Reiki is not just about “love and light.” It’s a spiritual path.
It is practice. It is purification. It is presence.
And as a Master Teacher, I honor its lineage with every attunement I give.

These practices were not born in Western wellness culture.
