You can expect a full hour of treatment by the physical therapist with a focus on manual therapy. Smith Running Academy believes runners can be smarter by learning proper form to help with technique. Improved understanding of movement can improve distances and speed, but most of all, it can decrease the risk of injuries. With the use of video analysis, drills, strengthening exercises and flexibility instruction, runners can compete in their next race with improved confidence for better results. Also offering:

Middle school runners… summer miles start here! ☀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Registration is now open for the Zephyrs Summer Running Program, a 9-week training experience designed to help young athletes get ready for the fall cross country season while building confidence and a lifelong love of running.

Led by Coach Megan of Sloan Coaching, athletes will train in a supportive team environment while learning:
• Proper running technique
• Strength & speed development
• Injury prevention
• Teamwork and race confidence
