What does a Core Training accountability group look like?? This group(including but not pictured, Betty Cline Caroline Beach Hood and Holly Harrison), started TOGETHER last January! I had the idea, to put a group together, that would work out at the same times each week. I even gave them a discount the following month if they made all of the workouts! If they missed one they were able to make up with any class. Almost all of them stuck it out! Not only have some of them lost pounds and inches, some of them are moving more than they have in years!! Maybe ever! This group includes girls that have trained for most of their life and some that have not. I love seeing all of them together, and can't wait for the upcoming school year. Waiting patiently for Jenifer to return from her final two week certification, where she will have her certification complete! Get ready for a great workshop or two, and maybe even some Buti Yoga! If you have ever considered trying Yoga, I recommend you try one of Jenifers classes. She has had hundreds of hours practice, and can accommodate someone that has never tried Yoga. We will meet Monday and Wednesday at 6:00 pm in Crystal Springs. She has left us in good hands this week, with one of her best friends and yoga associates. Flex Factory members are welcome to join us for yoga, Monday at 6:00 pm with Jenifer Turner. This is a very beginner friendly class. Bring your mat and the class is $10.00 at the door. There is also a circuit/strength class at 5:15 and it is only $5.00. This is a great way to add some intensity to your workout!

Core Training classes will be in our new location at Flex Factory EXCEPT for Yoga! Until I can get all of my equipment arranged in a separate area, Yoga will still be at the old location in the Medicomp building. This will ensure a quiet area for class, and we can still personal train our clients without disrupting everyone. So anyone is welcome to join us for Yoga. 6:00 pm Monday/Wednesday at the Medicomp building until I post otherwise. Bring a mat and $10.00 to train with Jenifer! I promise it is a very beginner friendly class.

Yes! We will now have a WW group in Crystal Springs! Sign up and weigh-in is the first Tuesday in June at 5:00. I know that some can’t get there right at 5:00, so come as close to 5:00 as you can. Please contact Stephanie at 601-953-1228 so we have a head count. Weight Watchers is not just for someone that has a lot of weight to lose. I have a client that only wanted to lose 15 pounds, but more importantly she wants to keep it off forever. If you need accountability, then this is a great option.
