another turning point in the year..

beltane.. an ancient gaelic fire festival… a midpoint between spring and summer… a time our ancestors marked with flame.. with blessing.. with life force energy… not just “spring vibes”.. actual devotion; to growth.. to fertility.. to protection and the land coming alive again…

fires were lit… thresholds were crossed… energy was honored…

and right alongside beltane this year… the flower full moon rises 🌕

a moon of full bloom energy.. where whats been quietly growing underneath the surface finally starts to show itself..to push through what was once holding it back.. visibility… expression.. expansion.. becoming..

how are you moving through the waves of discomfort? it’s an odd feeling no?

to step out of the little comfort zone we’ve created.. and built around us.. how is it feeling to have broken out of that box?

because the more i feel into it.. the more the “comfort zone” just feels like a cage.. a limit..

and well …stepping out of it, definitely isn’t a cozy feeling.. but..that’s because..

the body..is playing catch up.. and your mind might be too..

your soul.. tho.. she’s the lead.. the one pulling you out.. now the body and mind just need to adjust..

to acclimate.. and see that it is safe outside the ‘comfort zone’ too..
