Participants will be comfortably reclined in zero gravity chairs and supported in deep relaxation. You’re welcome to bring a blanket, cushion, or sacred item (like a crystal, feather, or talisman) to anchor your journey.

We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to settle in before the meditation begins.

Space is limited to 10 participants — RSVP required by 4pm day of meditation.
