Odam Medical Group-Crystal Medical Office. You can schedule with Julitta Adu-Gyamfi, NP. She sees patients on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. She will provide care to children and adults. Your can also consult her for weight management, wound care and the Sage Women's Health Program for uninsured and women with high deductible insurance (30-64 yrs).

Our new family physician has open schedules for new patients. We see all patients with any insurance. We have reasonable and affordable rates for self-pay patients with no insurance.
Today from 3pm to 6pm we will be having a meet and greet at our Crystal office at 6014 Lakeland Ave N, MN 55428. We will offer free sports physicals for kids with no insurance today.
