A lot of info on your great and great-great grandparents in Census Records! What was their address, occupation, age and birth location? Who all was in their family?
Census records are a great way to discover the identity of, let's say, great grandparents who you do not know.
In the 1880 Boston Census below I discovered my great grandfather Leo's parents and 6 siblings. His father's occupation: Iron Moulder and his parents birthplace France and Ireland, so they were immigrants. This led to many more discoveries about this branch of my family tree.

Helping Rose included looking at her DNA match results on Ancestry.com and figuring out how they were related to her known family tree.
Not much was known about one part of her paternal line and I could separate out the DNA matches that were part of that line.
Through research in genealogy records and current public records I discovered the connections to Rose and she was able to contact living relatives from that part of the tree to resolve the unknown family members and connections.

Carrie was adopted and searching for her birth parents. Using her DNA matches on Ancestry.com and some genealogical research, I was able to identify her birth mother and father! She is now enjoying getting to know this part of her family and who she is.

Reviews: Peter was very thorough and professional in his research on my family tree. I enjoyed learning more about my ancestry. I have always been asked which part of Italy my grandmother was from and Peter was able to find the town where her grandparents immigrated from.
