Another year in the books for the Professional Women's Conference (PWC) that was held this week at Stone Harbor Resort in Sturgeon Bay, WI.

This was the 5th annual conference, my 5th time attending and 1st year on the committee. These are all an amazing group of women in this industry and honored to work along side them for this conference and support each other at our own funeral homes.

I was able to work on the committee with Tiffany Kramer from Kramer-Grau Funeral Home and enjoyed the company of other local funeral directors, Laura Smith & Janelle Jackson from Erickson Funeral Home. It's a true honor not only to work side-by-side with these women, but to also call them a confidant friend.

Each year this conference has grown and we have welcomed many newly licensed directors to attend, such as Carmen Danz from Saether Funeral Home from Blanchardville, WI.
