I’m so considering taking a course to become a certified holistic health coach.
Would you all be interested in learning more about :
*Detoxing your body of toxins, parasites 🦠 with organic herbal products
*Detoxing your house of harmful chemicals and harmful products & what to replace them with
* Nutrition counseling with diet suggestions that work for you and your personal lifestyle choice- Vegan, Vegetarian, Keto etc…
* Supplementation with whole food vitamins and ethically sourced minerals
* Water purification and energy/prayer practices to make your water heal your body when you drink it
* Explore different types of physical activity/ working out. We dont need a gym membership to be fit and healthy. But if that works, get one!
* Meditation/ Inner child work/ Cleaning and balancing the energy centers in the body & getting connected with a higher power God, Jesus, the universe, higher self, love, religion of your choice..
I’ve learned over the last number of years that health is a very personal journey. What we all have in common is toxins in our inner and outer environment. We have too much stress, and not enough yjme to research the most effective natural remedies. Health takes discernment and discipline, but the road is different for everyone as far as what that looks like, the pace and the routines you put in place that make you feel good about your life. It takes time, but the rewards are so worth it.
Should I jump in and take this course to do my best to deliver these things to you?
