‼️INTRO TIME‼️ Say Hello to Morgan!!

Morgan Miller is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a rich background in healthcare. Her journey began at the age of 16, when she first started working in the healthcare field. This early exposure during high school ignited her passion for caring for people, leading her to pursue a career in nursing.

While attending nursing school, Morgan gained valuable experience working as a phlebotomist in a hospital laboratory. She became a registered nurse in 2016 and served in the Critical Care Unit (CCU), where she demonstrated exceptional commitment and resilience, particularly during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2022, Morgan advanced her career by becoming an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN), with a focus on helping patients optimize their health. Her approach is centered on addressing the root causes of her patients' healthcare concerns, aiming to enhance their overall well-being.

Beyond her professional achievements, Morgan is a devoted wife and mother to two daughters. Her personal and professional experiences shape her compassionate approach to patient care, as she strives to make a positive impact in her community.

School is coming up quick & TLC is still offering free physicals for the 2025/2026 school year for all children that attend school in Fulton County! We unfortunately do not offer immunizations yet. We are VERY limited on appointment times, so be sure to call 309-785-7111 to get your appointment scheduled!!

Grades that need school physicals are:
Pre k
Kindergarten
6th grade
Freshman

Sports physicals are needed by any student playing sports starting in 6th grade!

🌟 Help Us Provide Free Immunizations for Kids in Fulton County! 🌟

Dear friends and community members,

I’m reaching out today with an important request. As many of you know, I am Terrah Cornell, APRN, FPA, and I work tirelessly to provide healthcare, along with free school and sports physicals for children in Fulton County at The TLC Health and Wellness Clinic. I love serving our community, but I’ve realized that many families are missing out on essential vaccinations because we can’t administer them on the same day.

I am currently working hard to get set up with the state of Illinois Vaccine for Children (VFC) program, but it’s a lengthy and complicated process. Unfortunately, it likely won’t be ready by June when I start my free physical dates.

Immunizations can be incredibly costly. The average out-of-pocket cost without insurance is:

$400 per kindergartner
$270 per 6th grader
$500 for those over 16 years old

This does not even include optional vaccines like the HPV vaccine, which I would also like to offer.

My goal is to provide free vaccines along with those free physicals, ensuring all families in our area have access to the care they need.
