On Sunday night, I had the honor and privilege of hosting a spiritual vow renewal ceremony for a very close friend. I have never done anything like this before but I must say other than my nerves, it felt natural and I enjoyed the experience of honoring their union. We did a ring warming ceremony, followed by blessings from each of the directions. May her union continue to be protected and blessed for all the days of their lives. So mote it be!

Love this! We hear our higher selves all day long and just chalk it up to thoughts in our head. Have you ever had a deep thought just come to you, or have a back and forth with yourself in your head??? That's the higher self coming through, listen to it sometimes!!! We are so much more than our physical restraints!!!

A few pictures from June. I did an animal journey for Trouble. His owner was concerned because she had noticed a change in his behavior. I took time to visit Trouble in the spirit realm where he was able to communicate what was bugging him. I let his owner know what was going on so they could work on it together. After the journey I felt called to give him a sage bath which is what I am doing in the pictures.
