Happy Massage Therapy Awareness Week!

Did you know…Massage reduces scar tissue build-up by promoting increased blood circulation to the affected area, which can enhance the delivery of nutrients and oxygen necessary for healing?

Since graduating from Lakeside School of Massage in 2008, she has aided numerous clients with pain management and stress reduction. She strives to empower the healing that can come from deep within one's self. Bodywork is a journey in which open minds and hearts can achieve release.
