I’ve had the privilege of working with Jax for 3 years and Walker for 2, and every week during football season they’ve come in for their “spa” day. From stretching and massage to compression and cupping, it’s been all about keeping them game-ready for those Friday Night Lights.

It’s truly been a joy watching them grow over the years — not only as athletes, but as some of the most well-mannered young men I’ve ever met. I’m wishing them nothing but success this senior season and beyond.

After a beautiful season of maternity leave, baby bcuddles and settling in as a family of 5, I am so excited to be returning to the treatment room. My books are officially open!
