Whispering Oaks Rehab and Nursing was proud to host the Mid-Coast Chapter of Activity Directors for a fun Bingo & Mingle!
Residents from Whispering Oaks, Cuero Nursing and Rehab, and Twin Pines North joined their activity directors for an afternoon filled with treats, refreshments, and plenty of bingo excitement. It was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come together, connect, and enjoy great company!

Yesterday was another wonderful year of Easter fun at Whispering Oaks Rehab and Nursing! Our annual community Easter Egg Hunt was a huge success , over 5,000 eggs were hidden and found with laughter, smiles, and a few happy surprises.
A heartfelt thank you to all the amazing kids who joined in the hunt, the generous community members who donated eggs and goodies, and our incredible staff and residents who helped stuff thousands of eggs and prepare delicious treats. From games and popcorn to snow cones and hotdogs, it was a day full of joy for everyone!
Special thanks to the Easter Bunny for hopping by to make the day extra magical.
Our residents loved watching the children explore and celebrate. Events like this truly lift spirits and remind us how powerful community connection can be. Each laugh, smile, and shared moment brightened lives across generations.

Today at Whispering Oaks Rehab and Nursing, we had a wonderful time hosting our annual Easter Egg Hunt!
The kids had a blast searching for eggs, and a special congratulations to the lucky ones who found the Golden Tickets and took home Easter baskets!
We love seeing our residents, families, and community come together for this joyful tradition.
