This patient is 5 months out from deep plane face and neck lift, lower bleph, brow lift, lip lift, CO2 laser, and fat grafting.
Brow is a gliding brow lift with only tiny incisions in the hair. She was very asymmetric to start and I was able to get her fairly even. The fat was injected to replace critically lost fat in key areas including her upper eyelids and brow.
