Sun Back Moon, LLC is a private patient advocacy firm dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the healthcare system with clarity and confidence. Hospital discharge planning and aftercare support

Guidance for families facing complex medical decisions

Whether you're managing a new diagnosis, overwhelmed by medical bills, or unsure of your care options, we work directly for you—not insurance companies or hospitals. We design a custom, individualized plan to your specific needs. We then set that plan in motion and will be there with you throughout your healthcare journey, there and back.

It is truly an honor to be trusted during some of life’s most challenging moments, and we are thankful for every family, every story, and every step “there and back.”
