There are moments that remind us just how powerful community and compassion can be.
This past year, Nancy Moore participated in the Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Cullman County Program for 2025–2026. As part of the program, each group selected a nonprofit organization for a community service project — and we are incredibly honored that Nancy’s group chose Restoring Women Outreach.
Their team generously gathered laundry baskets and household essentials for our six homes, helping provide comfort, dignity, and practical support for the women we serve every day. These thoughtful gifts may seem simple to some, but to the women rebuilding their lives, they mean so much more.
Pictured are Sophie Harrison, Casey Young, Megan Cooper, and Theresa Cox — women with hearts for serving others and making a difference in our community. What a blessing these ladies are.
After collecting the items, they delivered them to the Hope House, where Kim Tidwell was deeply appreciative of their kindness and generosity.
We are so thankful for leaders who choose to invest in hope, restoration, and the lives of women working toward a new beginning. Thank you, ladies, for loving our mission and helping make our houses feel more like home. ❤️
