As we move through the challenges of dealing with the Coronavirus pandemic, we want our patients to know that Cullman Physical Medicine continues to be open. However, we have implemented policies reflecting the changes that have become necessary for the safety of our patients and staff.
We encourage you to contact us to reschedule your appointment if:
*You or anyone in your household are experiencing cold or flu symptoms, particularly FEVER, COUGH, OR SHORTNESS OF BREATH.
*Anyone close to you have had contact with anyone diagnosed with Coronavirus or the flu in the last three weeks
*You have been diagnosed with Coronavirus, the flu, or any other communicable illness in the last three weeks.
*You have traveled outside of the country in the preceding three weeks.
Telemedicine - We are currently setting up an option to complete your office visit via a telemedicine visit using Zoom. Please contact us if you need help or further instructions.
Limitation of Visitors - It is requested that patients attend appointments alone. Exceptions may be made for guardians and caregivers.
You are encouraged to stay informed, practice social distancing, and assist our communities in getting through this time as safely as possible.
