The way to make a change in your life is to wake up one morning and decide to take that first step towards your goal. One step at a time. Michele had a goal to get back to the stage to compete. After months of hard work, she’s about to compete in her second show this summer! No matter what your goals are, whether it’s to lose some extra tummy fat, tighten your skin, or make it to the stage, it just takes the first step to get there.
