Donna, one of our compassionate Wellness Guides, will be leading Returning to Love: a Self-Empowerment Journey. This class will be a donation-based class with a suggested donation amount. This four week intensive focuses on loving ourselves, remembering what that means and finding new ways to love who we are.

The classes will be held at Lotus Health Collective at 6:30 p.m. Lotus is located at 1310 2nd Ave. N.W. Cullman, Alabama 35055 in Suite C. (next to Cannabliss and Taqueria Los Cebollitos).

You may think, “ well, surely you’re talking about somebody else you don’t know what I’ve been through.” And you’re absolutely correct, we don’t know what you’ve been through, but we are here to listen and to walk with you through it.

At Lotus Health Collective- we are more than a wellness center. We are human beings who believe that every single person was created with a unique purpose. We believe in a sense of true community - in the good times, and in the tough times, it’s so important to have that connection, love and support, and to know that we don’t have to go through anything alone.

If you need someone to listen, we’re here. if you want to take control of your health and feel better and have more energy, we have some helpful guidance. If you want to shed those last few stubborn pounds, we have a plan. And if you want to spot treat problematic areas to boost your confidence, we have solutions. If you’re in physical pain, we also have some helpful alternative modalities.
