In lieu of the recent unfortunate deaths of two previously healthy school-age children in the state of Alabama due to complications related to influenza, and the ongoing active flu season, we would like to remind the community that current scientific evidence demonstrates that seasonal influenza vaccination dramatically reduces the risk of influenza related hospitalization, and death.

If you or your children are patients of our practice, we would like to remind you that no appointment is needed to come in to our office and receive your seasonal flu vaccine during regular office hours.
