BHG Cullman Treatment Center We provided medication assisted treatment for op**te addiction. We believe people should have access to needed services that achieve optimal outcomes.

BHG Cullman Treatment Center is a Level I-0 opioid maintenance therapy program serving Cullman County and surrounding areas. Cullman Treatment Center program consists of a structured schedule which includes the psychosocial assessment, individual counseling, family counseling, group counseling, drug education, doctors assessment and physical, methadone dosing, drug screening, as well as referral and involvement with appropriate service providers in the area. All services will be provided at Cullman Treatment Center, 1912 Commerce Ave Cullman, Al 35055.The philosophy of Cullman Treatment Center is that methadone is a safe and effective treatment for op**te dependence. The mission of Cullman Treatment Center is the rehabilitation of persons served by restoration of physical and mental health and functional status by providing competent , effective, and efficient treatment. We believe holistic counseling services; including referrals should be avaliable to meet client needs and to aid with eliminationg the abuse of op**tes and other drugs, reducing or eliminating associated criminal activities and reducing behavior contributing to the spread of infectious diseases. Cullman Treatment Center believes addiction is a disease that affects the individual, the family, and the community. They have the right to be treated with dignity and respect and should be empowered to make informed choices.

We are currently welcoming new patients to our Op**te Treatment Programs, including both our Suboxone (OBOT) Clinic and Methadone Maintenance Treatment (MMT) services.

Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT - Suboxone): $150/month

Methadone Maintenance Treatment (MMT): $112/week

We accept select third-party insurance plans for both programs.
