Our Youth Volleyball Teams wrapped their season on Saturday, March 14th! We were not able to grab team photos for everyone, if you have photos from the league, please feel free to share them in the comments!
It was a great season for all of our players and thank you to the volunteer coaches who help make this program amazing!
We will hold Youth Volleyball League again in the fall/winter. Be on the look out for registration opening in September. Youth Volleyball Clinics are tentatively scheduled for this summer.

On April 1st at 8am, bookings will open for summer pool parties at the Sylva Pool.

Just wanted to let everyone know If you are wanting to book a pool party at the Sylva pool this summer. The cost will be $80 and min of two lifeguards each guard will get $30 each at the end of the party. If you are having a large party we will add extra guards. April 8th and 22nd from 6 to 7pm we will be hosting our kayak roll class here at the Jackson County Rec Center. Whether you’re an experienced paddler looking for some warm water playboating with your peers, or a new paddler looking to build that bombproof roll, this is the place for you! Roll clinics are limited to 8 participants, so be sure to sign up soon at jcprd.recdesk.com!
Each clinic is $15 per person. You’re encouraged to arrive early to hose off your boat and get prepared. Dirty boats will be asked to leave.

The next batch of After-School Swim Lessons are live now on RecDesk!
These lessons will run every Wednesday for 4 weeks from April 1st to the 22nd. We are offering two timeslots, the first from 4 to 4:45pm and the second from 4:50 to 5:35pm. Lessons are for kids aged 5-12 and cost $45 per student for the 4 week block of lessons. Two instructors are present at every lesson to accommodate swimmers of all skill levels!
