😴 Struggling with Sleep? Try These Natural Options! 🌙✨

Getting good rest is one of the best things you can do for your brain and body—but so many of us have trouble winding down at the end of the day. If you want to support your sleep naturally, here are some options to try:

🌿 Magnesium glycinate or magnesium threonate – helps calm the nervous system and relax muscles.
☕ Cut off caffeine – stop coffee, tea, or energy drinks at least 6–8 hours before bedtime.
🛁 Warm bath or shower – the drop in body temperature afterward signals your brain it’s time for sleep.
📵 Blue-light break – turn off screens 1 hour (minimim) before bed, or use blue-light blocking glasses. Try reading, journaling, or listening to music instead!
🍒 Tart cherry juice – naturally contains melatonin, the hormone that regulates your sleep cycle.
🌼 Herbal supports – chamomile tea, lavender, lemon balm, or passionflower may help with relaxation.
🕰️ Consistent routine – going to bed and waking up around the same time every day trains your body’s internal clock.

Remember: little changes add up! Pick one or two of these habits to start with, and see how your sleep improves over time.

We’re excited to announce that we’ve recently added a part-time provider to our team at Lioness Healing and Wellness, and she’s accepting new patients for psychiatric medication management! 🙌🧠

**What we offer:**
✨ Telehealth appointments available, so you can receive care from the comfort of your home. Our office is based in Culpeper.
✨ Immediate openings to get you started right away.
✨ In-network with BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare.
✨ Can see patients with out-of-network benefits and provide a superbill for reimbursement.

At this time, we are NOT accepting new Medicare or Medicaid patients.

We are here to support you every step of the way. Whether you're starting your mental health journey or looking for ongoing care, we want to help you feel empowered and balanced. 💫
