For over 20 years we have gathered together for our annual Christmas “Light-Up” service. What started in a small living room, around a single tree and the fireplace, has grown into a festive event filling a cozy tent, surrounded by all of the beautiful Christmas lights on campus. With music, Scripture, poetry, treats, and love, we gathered to celebrate Jesus - the source of love and light!

We had lots of good feasting and fellowship today, as we gathered as one big “Our Father’s Family.” The food prep started on Thursday with our tradition of gathering around one big table to cut all the vegetables!

This Thanksgiving, we are thankful to the Lord for all of our staff and for the elderly and families we serve.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Cotton family as they grieve and mourn the loss of their precious son Daniel. Daniel was currently employed at Our Father’s Christian Home along with his mom Melissa. We are going to miss Daniel so much. He was such a wonderful servant of the Lord, who cared so much for his family and those around him. Daniel was willing to do whatever was asked of him and he always did it so willingly, and with such a big smile. His face glowed with the love of Jesus and everything he did. Your prayers for this dear family is the most important thing. Please, give only as the Lord leads.

We will be hosting the “Christian Blues Project” band at Our Fathers House Christian Home on Friday, July 25, 2025 from 6-8 pm. The bass player in the band is our very own Don Sintic who is married to our nurse, Jane… he also serves the campus and elderly in many ways!
We will be serving Ice Cream with all the fixings.
Please come and join us with an evening of music, fun and fellowship! This will be an outdoor event. A rain date is scheduled for Saturday, July 26th.

We had a wonderful Memorial Day, 🇺🇸remembering those who served, and thanking God for our freedom. Even though the chill and the drizzle moved our picnic inside, we still enjoyed the good fellowship that comes with being a part of “Our Father’s House.”

Spring is on its way, but we are looking back on a wonderful Valentine’s Day, and feeling thankful for love of God and the love we can share with each other here at OFH.
