Due to the pool decking project 8/18-31 there are a number of adjustments, including additional options in the classroom: Practical Pilates (Wed 8/20 & 8/27, 10 am), Fortify Your Frame (Fri 8/22 & 8/29, 8:30 am) and 3 Mile Walk (Sat 8/23 & 8/30, 9 am) - enjoy!

In August a new Tai Chi 8-class session kicks off plus there will be TWO opportunities to sample the practice with instructor Buddy Jett!
Taste of Tai Chi 1-hour sample sessions 8/6 and 8/13 (Wednesdays, 6-7 pm) are free for members and for non-member first-time attendees.
The next 8-class session begins Wednesday, 8/20 (6-7 pm). Participants will learn 18 postures of the Yang-37 form and build their knowledge of Tai Chi.
