Powell Wellness Center (PWC) is an award-winning medically-integrated health and wellness center located in Culpeper, VA. We offer an array of health, fitness, and wellness classes and programs. The entire staff at PWC is dedicated to helping our members and those in our community achieve the many benefits of regular exercise, physical activity, and leading a preventive lifestyle. We don't just offer fitness classes, weights and cardio machines—we offer medical programming, health education, and personal support for achieving a healthier lifestyle. Our goal is to improve outcomes for our members and community members, including those with chronic conditions or multiple risk factors.

A familiar face in a new role: group fitness instructor Karen Irvin is now our Aquatic & Fitness Program Manager! This operational role will contribute to our overall mission of ensuring a safe, engaging & high-quality experience for our members. Karen will be supporting program development & scheduling, aquatic & fitness staff hiring & training, special events & daily operation of the aquatic center. As for fitness classes, the drumsticks will keep POUNDing - Karen will continue to teach POUND at both centers as well as Kettlebell Strength at PRFC!

Join a representative from Lifestyle Physicians on Wednesday 12/17 to learn about the role that stress, overall health and hormones play with challenges such as brain fog, fatigue, belly fat, high cholesterol and more. Lifestyle Physicians has offices in Culpeper and Warrenton and focuses on Internal Medicine, Obesity Medicine & Integrative Medicine with a strong focus on wellness and disease prevention.

So we don't just offer weights and cardio machines—we offer medical programming, health education, and personal support for achieving a healthier lifestyle and improving outcomes for our members and the community, including those with chronic conditions or multiple risk factors.
