Centrally located in the heart of Virginia’s Piedmont region, our center sits in the historic town of Culpeper and is very close to Culpeper Medical Center. We've been providing exceptional care to the community since 1982. We also serve patients in the greater Culpeper area including Winfrey, Catalpa, West Lakes, and more.

You'll find comfortable, modern gathering spaces, Wi-Fi throughout the building, and bright, well-lit rooms. We also have a state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym that is constantly being updated with the most advanced rehabilitation equipment, giving you the best recovery possible.

At Culpeper Health & Rehabilitation Center, we're proud to be part of the communities we serve. We're involved in many local charities and events, and we offer frequent health presentations and outreach programs including Aging Together Senior Educational Seminars and Care Giver Training.
