But I want to take that conversation one step further.

Because owning something you don't fully understand is hard. So, along with a powerful message. You deserve the education to back it up.

I want to ask you something directly.

Have you ever pushed through a workday feeling completely unsteady, not knowing why, and just hoping nobody noticed?

That's exactly what so many women in perimenopause and menopause are doing right now. Every single day. In silence. Because they don't have the language for what's happening and they don't feel safe enough to say anything.

One of my students worked for the same company for 11 years. Trusted. Experienced. The person everyone leaned on. And she left without ever telling anyone why. Not because she wanted to. Because she felt so unsteady and unsupported that she stopped trusting herself.
