It’s been a very emotional time for me as I go through this shift as I am literally shifting my lifeline.

We are in the midst of a massive collective shift

For those who are feeling in between worlds and walking in unknown spaces

The most advantageous stance you can take is softening your heart and giving yourself encouraging mental talk.

In the depth of my shadow work, the tool that got me out, was affirming my inner truth. I hung onto the knowing that I was going through everything I was experiencing with source, my ancestors,higher versions of myself. I accepted the lessons and teachings my soul needed in the moment and I stopped fighting myself. Affirmations allowed me to surrender. Taught me what that process looked like. But people have a misconception of this tool, they want instant manifestation. They want A to Z NOW, and it’s hard to see how that impulsivity is a frequency that will keep you spinning your wheels. It is distrust.

Affirming my soul and my path, kept my heart open.
Kept my mind from collapsing inward.

The universe wants you to have the experience of being open in heart while shifting gently from A to B. This will create a magic in your reality. Because you are showing the universe through your actions towards yourself how worthy you feel of this next timeline or next version of yourself. So worthy that you will go at it alone and through uncertainty because you love you that much. That is the moment the divine steps in, where co-creation truly opens.

Mental talk, fortifying your inner dialogue is monumental when you are shifting dimensions. The old thoughts and stories will keep you corded to old manifestations. If you are feeling stuck, I want you to write out affirmations every morning. Give yourself 3-5 minutes. And everyday affirm in your mind through out the day the thing you wrote that matters to you the most. 🤍 21 days

We are shifting. Be gentle. Take charge of your energy.

3 years ago Milton and I suddenly woke up at 6 am and decided to go check out a litter of puppies in San Bernardino Milton had seen online. We arrived just after 9 am and could hear the sounds of puppies from the street. I was so excited to meet them! As we approached the front door another couple was already leaving having picked out their puppy. It was very loud and chaotic inside with the 10 puppies making puppy noises and a full grown female dog, which we later learned was from the previous litter, ina crate barking very loudly. Milton had picked out a puppy from the photos who had a half white half grey face. The white part resembled the mask from Phantom of the Opera - and he was planning on calling him Phantom. All of those dreams were dashed as we found out that over half of the litter of 10 had already been claimed this morning, including Phantom. Milton really wanted a boy puppy and there were only two left. The breeder handed him one and me the other. The one the Milton held didn’t connect with Milton. But the one the breeder handed to me instantly connected with me has I held onto his tiny 5 week old body against my chest. I couldn’t even take a look at him because every time I took him away from my body he would whine loudly and demand to be close to me again. As soon as I put him back against me his whining would instantly cease. I turned to Milton filled with a knowing that this was my new baby. Milton saw the look in my eyes and agreed we had found the one. We had so many emotions as we left our little pup behind to grow and be with his mom a few more weeks. The drive home was filled with excitement and fears of this new adventure, along with a marathon brainstorming session of what to name him. Apollo, Thor, Maximus, D’argento, Zeus, and Sensei were many of the contenders. It was weeks later that Milton found the name Azai online - which means “strength”.
