Outside of sessions, I make it a point to practice what I preach — caring for myself in the small, consistent ways that keep me grounded.

I love watching WWE and Marvel movies, building Legos, going on walks, and finding new ways to create. I also help with my family’s business, which always reminds me how meaningful connection and teamwork can be.

Self-care doesn’t always mean slowing down — sometimes it’s just doing the things that make you feel most you. 💜
