Mom guilt can show up even when you’re doing your best.

Thinking you should be doing more, feeling bad for taking time for yourself, or questioning your decisions as a parent can get heavy fast.

Emma works with parents who are carrying that pressure every day. Therapy with her is a space to sort through those thoughts, build more self trust, and find a way to show up for your family without losing yourself in the process.

You can be doing everything right on paper and still feel overwhelmed.

If your mind is always racing, you’re overthinking conversations, feeling pressure to hold it all together, or constantly putting yourself last, that’s not something you have to manage alone.

Ariel works with women who are navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, and people pleasing. Therapy with her is a space where you can slow down, get honest about what’s not working, and start building tools that actually help in your day to day life.

Ariel is currently accepting new clients in New York and New Jersey.

March was everything. 💜

My birthday. My people. My home.

There’s something about going back home that fills you up in a way nothing else can. Old stomping grounds. Familiar faces and the kind of laughs that really remind you who you are.

One of the most special parts of the trip? Finally getting to be in the same room as .

We had a great time🙌🏾. We’ve been building something special together virtually for years now. But sharing a meal and kiki-ing in person was a gift.😂

Spa days. Great food. Reconnecting.

This is what restoration looks like. 💜

Where are you from and when’s the last time you went back to your old stomping grounds just to be refilled?

On the outside, you’re present. Nodding. Listening. Trying to stay focused.

On the inside, your brain is running through the grocery list, your child’s schedule, that thing you forgot to reply to, and whether you remembered to switch the laundry.

If this feels familiar, you’re not alone.💜

So many parents are carrying mental loads that never fully power down. It can make even simple moments feel overwhelming or hard to stay present in.

This isn’t a failure. It’s a sign that you’ve been holding a lot for a long time.

Therapy can help you slow things down, organize the noise, and create space to actually breathe again.

There is something powerful about being able to slow down with someone who truly knows you.

We call it Lynesha Time ☺️🙌🏾. A moment to step away from everything and be intentional about connection, care, and presence.

This time looked like the ocean, good food, laughter, stillness, and space to just be. It also included the practices we return to often. Reiki, sound baths, rest, and real conversations.

is not only a licensed clinical social worker who provides clinical supervision within our practice. She is also family. My aunt. Someone who has poured into me in life and in this work.

Taking this time is not extra. It is necessary.

If you have been feeling stretched, overwhelmed, or disconnected, this is your reminder to create your own version of this.

You deserve it.

💜We are currently accepting new clients with Emma in California and Ariel in New York and New Jersey. If you are ready to begin, we are here.

Self care doesn’t always look like time away. For parents, sometimes it looks like making your daily life a little easier.

When you are holding a lot at home, even small changes can help you breathe a little more. Choosing convenience is not laziness. It is support.

If you have been feeling overwhelmed, touched out, or like you are running on empty, you are not alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, process, and figure out what you need without guilt.

If you ever feel stuck with a client or unsure how to support someone, pause and ask yourself one simple question:

What can I do today to help this person feel seen, validated, and supported?

That question brings you back to what really matters, the relationship.

Growth and change do not come from having all the answers, they come from connection, presence, and being person centered

If this resonates with you, we are here to support you 😊

April is Autism Acceptance Month. 💙And I want to speak directly to the parents.

Receiving a diagnosis for your child changes everything. The plans you had. The future you imagined. The way you see the world. It is okay to grieve that. Even as you love your child fiercely and completely.

As a therapist who specializes in working with special needs and medical parents, I see how lonely this journey can feel. The medical team shifts focus to the child. The world does not always understand. And somehow you are expected to be the strongest person in the room while processing one of the hardest things you have ever faced.

You deserve support too.

Your grief is valid. Your exhaustion is valid. Your love is powerful and it is even more sustainable when you are being supported as well.

I am currently accepting new clients in California who are parents of children with ASD and other special needs. Visit the link in our bio to schedule your consultation or send me a DM with any questions. 💙

This April is Stress Awareness Month, and this year's theme is .

Here's the hidden truth about stress: your body doesn't distinguish between "work stress" and "danger." To your nervous system, a looming deadline and a threat look the same.

Cortisol spikes. Sleep breaks down. Decision-making suffers. And if it goes on long enough? Your prefrontal cortex actually shrinks.

You weren't built to live in a constant state of high alert. But a lot of us have normalized it.

The good news is with the right tools you can teach your body what safety feels like again.

I specialize in this. And I'm accepting new clients in New York and New Jersey.

Watching this season, one thing that kept coming up for me was how often people ignore their own intuition and then go looking for answers outside of themselves.

Overanalyzing. Asking everyone else what they think. Trying to piece things together instead of trusting what you already feel.

That pattern usually is not random. It is often connected to self esteem, past experiences, and not feeling fully confident in your own voice yet.

In therapy, we work on strengthening that internal trust.

•Recognizing red flags sooner 🚩
•Understanding your attachment patterns
•Building self esteem so you can make decisions without needing constant reassurance

Because the goal is not to become perfect in relationships.

The goal is to feel grounded enough to choose what aligns with you.

If you have ever found yourself second guessing your intuition in dating or relationships, you are not alone. This is something we can work through together.

I am currently accepting new clients in New York and New Jersey 💜
