One of the most powerful things you can do right now is set limits on how often you’re checking the news during your scroll.
It’s easy to open your phone for a quick break… and suddenly you’re 30 minutes deep into heavy, overwhelming headlines.
Ariel’s tip: be intentional with your consumption.
• Choose specific times of day to check the news
• Avoid constant “in-between” scrolling
• Give your mind space to process instead of staying in a loop
Staying informed is important. But so is protecting your nervous system.
You are allowed to step away and come back when you have the capacity.
