• Pickup address: 2150 glenrose ave Altadena ca 91001. We at are excited to announce a special giveaway for families impacted by the fires. Families may choose ONE item: either a stroller or an infant car seat, while supplies last.

Car seats are only available for Altadena or Palisades fire survivors. Strollers are available to anyone affected by the fire.

We will be giving out tickets upon arrival to keep things fair. No line cutting will be allowed. Please respect your place in line. If you have recieved a stroller already you don’t qualify for a car seat. If there are any left overs we will announce it next week .

Available supplies:• 70 strollers• 40 infant car seats

Our goal is to make sure these essentials reach families who truly need them most. Please share this post so it reaches fire-affected parents and caregivers in our community. ❤️

The Family Resource & Empowerment Center was established in 1993, we are open to the entire Los Angeles community and is staffed by experienced parents and family members of individuals who have different abilities. We listen, we inform, we support, we encourage, we motive, we guide, WE EMPOWER. We proudly servve families, individuals and para-professionals working with, and for, children and adults who have different abilities. We can help you find answers to your questions & solutions to your problems in a warm, safe and child-friendly environment. The WFREC is dedicated to building a strong community. We also provide information, resources and support to families, professionals and other members of the community, creating successful partnerships in order to enhance the lives of infants, youth and adults who have special needs.
