For more than 20 years, we have supported families in Los Angeles through the aging journey.

Since we were originally founded as LivHOME more than 20 years ago, our Los Angeles team of Care Managers and Caregivers has been providing quality caregiving and care management services to individuals and their families. We improve seniors' quality of life by enabling them to comfortably age in place with the security and support of a qualified and professional interdisciplinary care team. We serve communities throughout Los Angeles County, from the South Bay to West Los Angeles, Central Los Angeles, and the San Fernando and San Gabriel Valleys. Our Los Angeles locations Include:

Our Los Angeles team recently participated in Westside Pacific Village’s Beyond Today: Future Care Planning event, joining fellow community leaders to educate and empower individuals on how to plan ahead and live with greater peace of mind.
