We’ll adventure to our farm neighbors, frog pond and wooded trails.

We’ll explore the play-yard, complete with a treehouse.

I hear the desperation often. From moms of teens who are in need of support. From a mental health field that failed them. From an educational system that failed them.

From an internal dialogue that is failing them. 😩

The wait lists are long.

The unwillingness is longer.

And it sucks, so very much.

Why can’t life be a little more kind and a lot more fun for our youth??? Where did all the joy go??

Being a teen is beyond hard.

Personally, I still can’t walk through the halls without tearing up over the possibilities that take place within the classrooms.

I can’t imagine being a teenager trying to growing up right here and now.

Devastation feels like an accurate description all around. 😕

Sometimes the solutions are out of reach. Whatever that reason may be! 😩

All the time the solution is systemic. We gotta widen our focus. Teens. Parents. Big Pharma.

I love being a woman.

In my last post I commented that women are better leaders.

To which a random man replied “this is so re+”.

I debated on what to do next. 😳

Surprisingly the ‘gram decided to hide the comment.

Part of me wanted to publicly shame him for his ways.

Part of me wanted to privately message him my rage.

But, I’ll respond and release with this image.

My body speaking volumes. 🖕

To the ladies who are raging with the same power and awareness, fu***ng rock on.

Build the communities. Take the positions. Be loud. Hug the children.
