Kelly Taxter Wellness is a holistic community for families. Our goal is to plant heart-centered seeds within as many children as we can. We serve ages 3 - 22.

Our vision is for every child to experience what it means to be and to have a friend through daily practices of movement, mediation, nutrition and play. We strive towards creating systemic change that offers a world committed to treating self and others with care. Our mission is to support children and adolescents in embracing their whole selves through proactive, heart-centered well-being services. Trust Your Gut, Inc offers in-person and virtual communities, seasonal workshops, after-school drop-in classes, homeschool workshops and cellular support. Hi, I’m Kelly. 👋

A bit of a control freak, with high expectations and a whole lotta energy to make my thoughts become things.

I am the founder of our wellness community for families, where we focus on the parent/child bond as well as some inner child healing, for all the generations (hello systemic change!).

It’s all about planting the seed and nurturing the roots.

I have spent my whole life searching for the spaces that accepted all parts of me.

Then I became a mom and was even more…panicked….attuned…to finding the spaces that embraced all parts of my children.

Wow, what a task.

When looking at the options, the ones available if I do nothing but accept what I see, weren’t actually options.

My gut says so.

And, so do the mental health statistics.

🌟I believe in creating a safe space where our children can expand beyond their comfort zones, towards a young life full of childhood memories many of us wish we got to experience ourselves.

🌟A community where creativity, critical thinking and emotional expression are valued.

🌟A homebase for families to fill their cups, individually and as a unit.

I’ve spent my whole life wondering where I belong. For decades, I’ve advocated for those on the desperate search.

🖤Where do the black sheep go??

I’ve dreamed of belonging and friendship so much that those thoughts have become things.

Trust Your Gut, Inc on a mission to remind the children of today it is our cultural systems that need to be dismantled and restructured, NOT them. Our world is in desperate need and radical changes are essential for survival. Different feelers and doers deserve center stage.

We are a community of young humans, remembering their strength and listening to their hearts. We believe that energetic shifts, no matter the size, make life-changing (world-changing!) impact. Together, we nurture, from our cells to our souls because we know we are worthy.
