Consistency is great when you have those parts of your routine down pat/pack.

When you have those routines and chores and such, it gives your mind more time and freedom to learn more .
Consistency beats perfection every time.
I posted my breakfast yesterday - I eat that same egg scramble almost daily unless I’m on the go. Real food, simple ingredients, consistent fuel for my body.
