September was a special month here at the Club!

On 9/11, we had the honor of welcoming the Cumberland Police Department and Cumberland Fire Department to our Club. They spoke with members about the history of 9/11, their careers, and the different equipment they use to keep our community safe. They also answered lots of great questions from our curious Club members!

September was also filled with celebrations! We recognized birthdays and our Students of the Month, and spent plenty of time learning and having fun. From Game Club to LEGO Club and exciting activities after Positive Action lessons, our members have been busy growing, creating, and connecting.

We’re so proud of our Club kids and grateful to our local heroes for making this month so meaningful.

It’s been a great few weeks being back for afterschool at the Tri-City Boys & Girls Club!

We’ve already had so much to celebrate — from honoring our August birthdays to recognizing our Students of the Month for their high attendance, positive attitudes, and great behavior.

We’re so proud of the way our members are starting the school year strong, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things they’ll accomplish this fall!

We are officially back for the school year!

Today marks the first day of our after-school programs, and we can't wait to welcome our amazing members back through our doors. Whether it’s homework help, fun activities, or a safe space to grow and connect, we’re here for it all.

These past few weeks at the Tri-City Boys & Girls Club have been incredible!

Ashley and Megan from Taco Holler came out and helped our kids make delicious Greek food!

Last Wednesday brought out the fun with a limbo contest and face painting.

Thursday was all about families! We hosted a Family Engagement Event complete with shaved ice, games with prizes, and yummy snacks from FRYSC, plus some awesome tie-dye shirts to top it all off!

And to wrap up our amazing week, we took a field trip to the Knoxville Zoo!

The past two weeks have been packed with fun, learning, and creativity here at the Tri City Club!

▪Monday: We made ocean slime and explored textures and science in a fun, messy way!
▪Tuesday: We built our own DIY boats and tested them in a classic sink or float challenge!
▪Wednesday & Thursday: Nothing says summer like water day! Splashing, laughing, and cooling off with our friends.
▪Friday: Our members made special thank you pictures for Bernie Bickerstaff, who generously donated to support our club — thank you, Mr. Bickerstaff!
▪This week: We kicked things off with a trip to Willing Hearts where we got creative with beautiful glass art!

We’re just getting started. We can’t wait to see what the rest of summer brings! 💙

We’re so excited to invite our Club kids and their families to a fun afternoon at Kingdom Come State Park!

There will be free putt-putt and popsicles for everyone! There will be no regular after-school Boys & Girls Club, we’ll be at the park instead!

What an amazing couple of weeks we've had at the Tri-City Boys and Girls Club!

Our kids have been having a blast, and we couldn't be more excited to share some of the fun we've had recently:

We were thrilled to host the SCORE International Mission group at our club! It was such an inspiring and heartwarming experience, and the kids loved it! Thank you to SCORE for taking the time to connect with us and make a difference.

We also partnered with PRI for an epic Lego Brick Family Night! Families came together to build, create, and make unforgettable memories. So much fun and creativity in one room!

We are so grateful for the support of our community and partners in making these experiences possible. Here's to many more fun and enriching moments ahead!
