❄️ Weather Update ❄️

Due to the predicted inclement weather, our office will be closed on Monday, January 26th. While we love taking care of our patients, we don’t love risky travel conditions. Your safety—and ours—comes first! We plan to reopen Tuesday, January 27th or as soon as conditions allow.

Our office will be closed from Monday, August 25th through Monday, September 1st. We will reopen Tuesday, September 2nd after Labor Day.

If you are in need of a medication refill that does not have existing refills at your pharmacy or if you require a refill on a controlled medication, please notify our office no later than 4:00 PM on Thursday, August 21st to ensure it is processed before the closure.

Any messages or requests sent to the office after 4:00 PM on August 21st will be addressed once we return on September 2nd.
