"Been coming on and off for 3 years now. I was stubborn in taking care of myself, but no one let me give up; choosing instead to provide support, care, and even friendship. I needed all of that. I went from someone who could barely walk, was in constant pain, and fell all the time, to now where I am strong and with a lot less pain. Having lymphedema is a life long condition. My legs were huge, heavy, and very painful. I had to hit rock bottom and learn to listen to see the changes Christy and Danielle knew all along I could do.
