🎉 Yesterday, we celebrated one year with Dr. Michael Lucas, PT, DPT! 🎉

Dr. Lucas has been an incredible part of our team over the past year—bringing not only his clinical expertise, but also his compassion, energy, and dedication to helping patients reach their goals (as well as his incredible sense of humor!). His positive spirit has made a big impact on our clinic and the lives of the patients he’s treated.

🎉 Happy 1-year workiversary to our front desk manager, Maya Baquiran! 🌟

From day one, Maya has been the warm smile that greets our patients, the master of keeping us all organized, and somehow makes juggling phones, schedules, and a million little details look easy (we’re still not sure how she does it 🤯).

Back to school time! Keep this image in mind when reading, studying, computer work, or texting. It’s easily correctable when you begin to notice neck pain during these activities.

Picture holding a bowling ball upright with the weight through your wrist. It’s easy when you hold it upright, but when you allow your wrist to bend and the bowling ball comes forward, it gets very heavy and puts significant strain on the wrist.

That is how your neck feels.
